Terms of payment

for my online store at www.kosmetik-killertal.de

The customer only has the following payment options in the online store: direct bank transfer (advance transfer), payment service provider PayPal, direct debit and credit card as part of PayPal+, cash payment on collection. As part of the online booking system, only payment on site at the appointment is available. Other payment methods are not offered and will be rejected.

Direct bank transfer: The invoice amount must be transferred in advance to the account specified on the invoice, which contains all the details for the transfer and is sent by e-mail.

PayPal and direct debit or credit card via PayPal+: When using PayPal+, PayPal enables the provider and customer to process the payment between themselves. PayPal forwards the customer’s payment to the provider. Further information can be found on the PayPal website.

Cash payment on collection/on site: The invoice amount is paid in cash at the provider’s premises after the treatment or on collection of the goods after prior notification. Shipping costs are not applicable.

The customer is obliged to pay or transfer the stated amount to the account specified on the invoice within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Payment is due without deduction from the invoice date.

After expiry of the payment period, which is thus determined by the calendar, the customer shall be in default even without a reminder. The customer shall have no right of retention that is not based on the same contractual relationship. Offsetting against the customer’s claims is excluded unless these are undisputed or have been legally established.
